Welcome to www.stryk-apparel.co.uk. By using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Business Model

STRYK Apparel operates as a print-on-demand (POD) clothing brand. Products are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partners.

2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.
• All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (with full refund).

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted gateways.
• We are not responsible for foreign transaction fees if ordering outside the UK.
  

4. Shipping

• UK orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: 10–20 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As every item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
• Only faulty, damaged, or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery with photo proof.

6. Sizing

• Customers are responsible for checking product size guides before ordering.
• STRYK is not liable for incorrect sizing choices.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and content are the property of STRYK Apparel.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• STRYK Apparel is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues outside our control (e.g., postal delays, customs).
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
