  • Processing time: All STRYK products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Delivery times:
    • UK orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
    • International orders: 10–20 business days depending on location.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, new drops, etc)

Returns & Exchanges


Because every STRYK product is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Worn or washed items

βœ… We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or misprinted.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at stryk_official@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the fault, and description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Sizing

We provide detailed size guides on every product page. Please check these carefully before ordering to ensure the right fit.

Refunds

If your item is approved as faulty or defective and a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

βš–οΈ Legal note: UK law generally gives customers 14-day cancellation rights, but custom/personalised items (like POD clothing) are exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That means we’re within our rights to say no returns for wrong size or unwanted items, as long as we have clearly stated this before purchase.
